What Countries Do You Ship To?

• We offer worldwide shipping from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

 Am I Responsible For Taxes & Duties?

• Yes, the Pretty Potato does not collect tax and is not responsible for any additional costs you may receive due to duties/import and or tax fees based on your country, province or state.

When Will My Item Ship?

• Shipping items (Domestic and International) will be processed within 1 -3 business day of your purchase. (Monday through Friday) From 9 am MST to 4 pm MST from our warehouse in Edmonton AB Canada. If a delay is to occur you will be notified immediately.We hold no responsibility for delays on items once the courier has picked up for transport.

I Purchased The Wrong Item, Help! 

• You have 90 minutes to change your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must contact us with your order number at [email protected] during our business hours.  If the order has been dispatched ( you received a shipping confirmation email), we are not able to modify your order
  

How Do I Know When My Order Is Shipped?

• You will receive a shipment confirmation via email. Please double check your Spam or Junk inbox too just in case. We encourage you to use the official courier tracking site to keep updated with all tracking information.
  

Why Is My Package Delayed? 

• Due to Covid-19 affecting all couriers, delays are to be expected. If your order is time sensitive, please ensure to upgrade your shipping at check out or send us an email [email protected] if you're needing additional help.
